You can have different brands of tyres on the front and rear, but proberly not the best for handling. as for k's it really does depend on how you drive, could be 3000k could be 30000k especially depending if you do track work. 1,5-2 deg neg camber wont do much to make your tyres wear out quicker, so i wouldnt worry too much about that
