I'd be a rich man indeed! We like to generalise and say that FWD/4WD have the tendency to naturally 'understeer', but in fact in any car you can experience either under/oversteer... it is all dependent on how you drive etc.
Attend a few more events and run through the basics before you have to fork out on $$$ to address the solution... and at least once you do, you'll probably realise you don't need as many mods as you first thought.

Returning to topic: A second set of cheapo wheels + R-comps for racing purposes only are a good idea not only for grip etc, but to maintain longer/ better life on your street set. (As discovered!).
