if you feel a shuddering when you come to a stop , whether it be from 100km or 40km you feel a slight jolt (back to front) then its rotors definately.
even slightly warped rotors can cause internal vibrations and nuts to fall off the wheel. maybe take it in for check up b4 midvale. sometimes its a simple re-skim of the rotors and back on again
