I was running F: -3 and R: -2.5 on my white car and it was giving pretty decent tyre wear still. I found the front camber a little too much for my setup though, in that at MC I was not getting has much grip on the inside front wheel on corner exits - it would light up as soon as it came on boost exiting corners. My blue car worked pretty well with F:-2 and R:-1.5. Then again, it all depends on each driver's driving style/preference I suppose.
I did have 4mm (or minutes, can't remember) total toe out on the rear in my white car and it was fantastic for changing directions at MC. Slight dab at the brake pedal and the rear comes around pretty quick.
