I eat lots of decent meals (lots of meat / fish / vegies etc) but i also eat HEAPS of shit and dont excersise enough. Way to much junk food...
Im gonna start tonight though and see if i can loose a bit of the upper body cuddleness and get some definition goin on

I think i'd drop a fair bit of fat if i stopped spending $20 a day on lunches, coke, junk food and ate better!
Also with taking up a few more physical activities my fitness is slowly getting there!
