since beginning of May have lost 7kgs. Finally back into double figures..
I'm finding I'm starting to get a bit obsesive about doing some cardio every day...no matter what. Usually consists of 30mins on the cycle machine @ work (145bpm+), or a walk/cycle/swim if in Perth..
oh, and don't eat when out....you always end up with shit thats no good.
Weights? Push-ups and standing squats for me, gravity works fine for me
