believe it or not, cardio + weights + corect food = weight loss
cardio + no weights + food = weight and muscle loss
cardio ( minimum 200mins a week ) heartrate 130 - 150, every second week interval training = mad fat loss, and well on the way to being lean and mean
if u ever need any advice, i have a degree in this shit, and nutrition, and i do boydbuilding...and im a personal trainer, so pm a brother
