One way to do it is get some different diameter pipes & place one at one end of your guard with pressure against the tyre then get someone to drive your car slowly so the pipe stays against your tyre & moves along your guard, you can actually pump your rear guards doing this aswell, if you wrap some nylothane or something similar around the pipe where you touch the guard you should minimalise damage to your paint.
