Or of course they just say "The accident was a direct result of the vehicle being unroadworthy, something which I only determined moments before impact"

But as Kato said, refused drive=no sticker removal. I'm sure on the odd occasion they've given cars plenty of herbs, but I wouldn't worry about it. My little brother is currently going through all this on his R33 GTS-T (with 409rwhp). Got done for atmo BOV, FMIC, a small leak and slightly worn inside tread on the FL tyre. Didn't say anything about the 'factory option' high mount GT30R or external gate though when he was issued the notice, but when he took it over the pits (and failed miserably) he got a whole heap of other things to rectify. Catch can, the leak he didn't fix, the BOV he didn't change, the permits he didn't have for FMIC, Turbo etc but it was probably the welded diff that fuxored him the most
