Mine is a single seater sit on kayak with a rudder, but got a couple of mates withem so all good for going out with the boys. I've found it really hard on my gut as you rely alot on the your inner core muscles to help with stability of the boat. I got a bad back and reckon this is gonna really help with building up some support for it. I am a beginner as well and just bought what my mates recomended and as I got it second hand, figured I had nothing to loose.
