dont put 20kg x 4 shoes on your car... you will feel the difference.

i got a set of 19's from tempe years ago and i had them on for a while. they looked sick (fully sick) but actually did worse for the car.

i now have a set of work kai's i think total weight with tyre is 9-10kgs and wow, you can feel the difference.

cruiser - go for bling
if your going to waste money making your fast going fast - jap rims.

personally on a 05 i wouldnt put anything other than 18x8.
