Also, iv noticed on the road that the focus of the right one isnt as sharp as the left one, not sure what to fix this also

I may be wrong, but i think this is intensional, as in, they're designed like that. Like most spot lights, one throws a pencil beam, and the other spreads the light out.
The left one in your car may be designed like this to spread light out across the nearest road edge (left is Aus), not sure if foreign models are the other way around... just a thought.
