The couch (looong couch) is against the rear wall. I guess I can drill into the rear wall (it is a double wall) to mount the speakers... So you reccommend a bookshelf for the rear?

The only option for centre speakers is ceiling mount unfortunatly.. I'd like a 7.1 system - though i guess this is easily upgradable in the future and not really that important atm. The reason i went with the RX-V1800 is because is didnt need the networking option of the RX-V3800. Both essentially the same.

Where do i buy B&W speakers? - I dont want to over-capitalize on it - since i'l be moving out when i get married eventually... And i doubt my old man & mum would notice a difference between your avergae Big-W spec speaker and a $1500 one... when their watching some SBS monday night euro porn haha

Would a lower series B&W fall into my price range? $2.5g MAX.
