For a start, FMIC and TD04 is not a great idea...it just introduces lag with not a lot of extra power.

Secondly, the ECU is probably richening up the mixtures due to the modifications. It's a well known fact that MY01 onwards needs a retune to gain the most benefit from any modifications, unlike the GC8 series,

Thirdly, an external vent BOV is robbing you of power too, if you're running a stock, untuned ECU.

My recommendation is:
- Fit a plumb back BOV.
- Get it checked over to work out where the shuddering is coming from.
- Reflash the ECU to make the most of your mods.
