Possibly wannabe cops. They will get tired of dobbing when they get told "Yeah, we'll get around to it" only to find nothing gets done. We had a tip off of a conman writing dud cheques from a stolen cheque book doing our area. He came in to our shop, we kept him busy while calling the cops from a phone out the back, the cops finally arrived 5 hours later. They said "which way did he go?" lol. we had photos of him, his skank, his car, everything, they couldn't care less because we hadn't given him goods he hadn't committed a crime.

But back on topic, really how many of us describe what we do as "hooning" not me. I'm no angel but I'm not stupid about dropping skids in Subiaco at midday or Maccas on a Friday night, just be sensible FFS!
