Theres a write up on scoobymods, the clutch and brake pedal is easy you just pop them out and put on sti pedals. The footrest pedal bolts are a pain in the arse to get off but its fairly straight forward....its the accelerator pedal thats a pain.

Easiest way is to remove the whole assembly, push throttle cable to the right, remove the two bolts holding it in. Once thats done the scoobymods diy says to knock the pin out, but no matter how much i hammered the pin didnt budge so i removed the metal bit off the stock sti pedal with some pliers and left the stock original stock plastic part on (cut away some of the bumps with a stanley knife) - then screwed the sti pedal on top.

Looks great, only problem is while screwing on one of the original bolts I managed to shear off half way - which is when the punching started

This is for an 05 sti which already has the metal pedals, i think its easier if you have a older/wrx with rubber pedals.
