Not WRX related unfortunately but im sure you guys will appreciate some of the custom work that does get done to do that bit of DIY modification.

With the 1980s cars a lot of work has to be made custom - and the early CRX stuff is no exception. The above is a custom made no-reach short throw stick (pictured is installed in car in the US) which the guy fabricates for fellow CRX and Civic drivers. He takes the old stick and cuts it to pieces, welds, shapes and its done. The beauty of this short shifter is that while seated in the car - it places the gear stick right there at your fingertips... and its still a short throw stick...



I can't wait to fit mine into the CRX got mine on friday!
