Hmmm Cowards..... I think not. Would you like to do their job and put up with other peoples shit or worse still go and meet complete strangers and inform them that their son or daughter has be killed by some retard on his P's..... takes a fair bit of guts to do that sort of stuff day in day out.

And as for the amount of revenue they raise, can't say I have ever seen a copper carry a ledger and complain that he is under budget for the month.
