Yep that 10yr rule doesn't mean it goes away as far as I know it just can't be used against you. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I got pulled over by the TRG a month or so ago and they brought up an offence that was well over 10 years ago (driving offence and in my eyes not my fault) but I still had to pay for a copper to be flown from Kings Crossing to testify as he was a witness. I learnt to never represent myself again haha
