Magnaflow do a Camaro 18 inch muffler that will fit sideways in the STI - you can choose 2 or 4 tips and have someone like Pete at Northbridge exhausts fit it all up if your only seeking cat back. He also can buy the Magnaflow and from all the people I've spoke to and read the Magnaflow is an excellent exhaust.
There are very few Downpipes available for the 08 STI (Aus Fit) as yet so if you want Turbo back it'll be a custom downpipe or Hiteck from my research.

There is a local distrubutor in Osborne Park for Magnaflow and they can supply the muffler ex east but it will still need tips etc put on it. You can find the distributor on the Magnaflow website.
I'm told this US stuff mostly wont fit but will give you ideas
