Good luck to them. I don't know too much about the hospitality trade, but I do know about small retail, and I can tell you it ain't no cake walk. You can bust arse, give people good service, pricing as good as possible whilst still being able to keep the doors open, and quality work, yet it still doesn't seem to be good enough!
I don't mind paying decent coin for a meal, if I can validate what I'm paying for. What shits me most is its getting harder to get good service these days at many restaurants/cafes etc.
