i have been offered a chance to build the next evolution of the barra engine to really push the laws of physics!

a destroked 3.6lt, one of a kind pistons & alloy rods (yes alluminium) with hydraulic roller cams (non vct) repuated to handle 9+k spins and over 1000rwhp.

the typhoon is just perfect right now. Over 750rwhp in a very safe state of play with a driveline able to handle the current power and naturally all the other great aspects of the car, its arguably australia's best F6 and that's no word of lie. do i build this engine in the brother in law's typhoon or do i buy a cheap ba ute to really take advantage of a live rear axle (read solid 9" coversion).

i fear the horsepower bug has hit me very very hard but i have a conundrum as you can see.

naturally if i take this course of action, the much beloved and almost forgotten child the 'rw, will yet again be put on the back burner!
