It doesnt go into the inner guard until right at the end basically. To help keep the piping short, PW routs the cold side from out of the cooler, 180 degrees into the small space, corner of radiator, up past PS tank, then right next to rad, under intake, and round into TB.

Or if all that is too confusing... just have a look at it on Sunday...
