I'm looking in to getting a couple of Vivitar manually adjustable flashes and syncs/umbrellas/softboxes etc on a friends recommendation.
If i've already got an sb800 speedlight could i use it as a strobe do you think, or would it be better to get 3 flashes instead?
ideally i'd want some studio strength strobes but they're too expensive/hard to set up in the field...
