Wheels = $2k with rubber Minimum
Ultrex front lip = $200 i think?

I would forget the respray. Factory paint is good so leave it. Just get some nice rims. Not Chrome and not 19's. 18's are perfect. Then lower it a bit more with a nice lip. Perfect! Spend $3k all up and you will have a nicer looking car.
