It took me quite a while to get used to 'indicating off' here. (Being an Ex-Melbournite).
When I learnt to drive, left was left, right was right, and straight through was nothing. (Victorian thing).
That said, I DO indicate off roundabouts, as this is what state law dictates. I have had a couple of close shaves, where people approaching a dual carriage RAB, (to my right), left lane... have indicated left, (so i thought they were turning left), then they go straight, hit the middle, and indicate off. Luckily no harm has ever come of it. *touch wood*
