I wouldn't even bother with the Cusco swaybars, Whiteline gear can be had for a heap less. I think Jim (jimki? can't remember username) on here can supply Whiteline gear at a decent rate too, failing that
GSL Rallysport has always been very good to deal with for me.
Agree with the rest of the options, HSD coilovers, ALK, China exhaust from ebay ($600), late model STI topmount, VF34 and PowerFC, decent alignment and tune and you will not be able to recognise the car.
