the 37 is your best bet for minimal lag although all those turbos can get you there without too much , however on your car(i assume) you would need to change the headers, up/down pipe and sump if your going with a twinscroll turbo which will cost about 1400-2000 using new parts.

Personally id just stick with a 34 and keep it simple but if your after a low lag setup ive got a good cond vf37 for sale ill let you have for cheap
