34 spools a little slower but has better mid-top range.

Go with the 34!

Ive read you have a TBE so add a 34/fuelpump and verso and you should be close to your 300hp for 3k. If you dont mind spending a little more some injectors and a sti top mount would be worth the extra dosh IMO
