Yeah I guess a bit, definately recover from sport faster than before...

I had a check up about 3 months ago at the doctors. He could smell smoke on me so asked if I smoked, to which I answered yes, for the last 8 or so years... so he did a lung capacity test and had a listen and he said it hardly sounds like I have been a smoker.. so hopefully there was not much damage done in that time, and I can start reversing the damage that was caused
