Allow yourself approx $8K to build a reliable forged bottom end, with rebuilt heads included.... Done properly, if you do the bulk of the tear down & re-installation yourself that is.
Fyi stock retainers are the strongest, single springs are needed for High lift cams.
Oil pump-wise go the late OEM dual avcs oil pump, more than adequate.

Watch Brents (rexploit) build that's just begun as well & you'll see what's need to make reliable power from a TD06 boosted 2 litre (yes...even though he's going 2.2 stroker it's still same/same).

I wouldn't bother bolting the bolt on goodies on to the original motor, it will be crap to drive with big lag for a limited top end gain, for a limited time.
If you pop the original one & damage the block or bores you'll add an additional 30% the cost of building it properly (needing to source another crankcase).
