The last time I made a GENUINE effort to lose weight, I did 42kg in 3 months.
I got alot to burn
Pretty much 1-1.5 hours of exercise a day. Im not going to go and follow a plan at a gym. If i feel like riding the bike 1 day for 30, min, then treadmill for 20, then 20 min of weights, then that is what I will do. Basketball every monday night too, always gets me working up a sweat.
The diet side will just be clever choices in meals, with size reduction. No booze, no junk food.
The biggest part will be will power. Go out - resist a drink. Resist the urge to order crap food when out with friends etc.
