If it is truely head down ass up for 10 hours, 365 days a year... Then petition for an offsider to help.

If it is the case that your lunch break is at 12.30-1pm and there is always a call around that time, move your lunch to suit. Time to post on Perth-WRX, time to eat lunch. Or better yet, stagger lunches in the office so someone is always there to man the phone / counter whilst someone shoots off for lunch.
