When an emergency vehicle has it's lights and sirens on, MOVE OUT THE FARKING WAY! It's not hard, go onto the median, move into the intersection (within reason) the lights and sirens seem to bring traffic to more of a halt than clear a path, me thinks ambo's should be fitted with one of these::
