Its important that the toe settings are even between left and right. You should be aiming for zero toe. Or toe in if you want extra straight line stability.

^^^ this. Lots of toe out on the back will make it change direction faster but it will be a bit more lively under heavy braking and is totally unncesary unless you start doing a fair bit of trackwork.
