Unless it's stolen or false plates, the baddie will go for:
Fail to stop at scene of accident
Fail to report accident
Fail to render assistance where injury involved
Dangerous or (minimum) careless driving
Possible bonuses:
No MDL (Susp)
Unroadworthy vehicle
DUI, Excess 0.08, Excess 0.05 or Excess 0.02 if caught within 4 hours of the prang & hasn't further consumed alcohol in that time
