Yes you can. Sure you cannot move any other of the fixed hazards at the venue but you can move this one.

I'm a bit perplexed at the resistance to trying to the make the venue safer for competitors.

Cars get scruitineered for safety, helmets get checked, fire extinguishers fitted, driver briefing, etc, yet critical areas of circuit safety seem to be brushed off with "drive to your limits" comments.
