glad your dogs alright it doesn't take them long to to get back up and running around. how did the owner of the car come up with a 2g bill
if they hit your dog due to neglegent driving like speeding or being intoxicated then they should at least offer to help pay. repair bills for cars can be expensive but so can vet bils
