ive never done a rim change straight after an event ( ie within 20mins of the last run) but ive never encountered this problem.
A1RM's shouldnt produce much more heat than any other decent pad.
im finding alot of heatsoak from the discs through to the rim ( 3 hot laps on the short course) so ive been goin for a drive for 5 mins around the pits to dissipate the heat more. mind you im still on solid rotors and A1RM's.
