Get a pre-nup. Make sure you have at least equal custody of kids. Don't sign anything over (house, car etc) to her name for joint or exclusive ownership.
Nah, just kidding... If she was good enough to live as your de-facto & have kids with you
without having already tied the knot, she's a keeper.
