Swapping the front tyres left to right is only usually a fix when they're worn - new tyres shouldn't cause the car to pull. Could have been the clamps they use to hold the aligning sensors on wasn't seated on the wheel correctly, so the numbers on the computer have come up right but the car itself isn't aligned correctly.
