Good stuff Dave, I had a wake up call a few weeks ago, not feeling well and went to the doc's.

Had all the blood tests and doctor told me I am borderline diabetic, had a level of 8 for all those that know glucose levels.

I have lost 10kg's over the past 3 weeks by not eating crap, and no fizzy drinks, eating plenty of nuts (the almond variety).

Keep it up!!
