Most cars don't have factory camber adjustment - without adjustable arms, camber bolts, or top hats, it won't be done. Same goes for castor.

From those specs, only a front toe adjustment was completed. Rear is within spec but isn't even side to side (and GC's do have rear adjustable toe), but that would only have been adjusted if it was paid/asked for.
