Can anyone offer (good) advice on braking upgrades for my ride?

Considering a brembo conversion, do I need to change hubs for this or can get 5x100 rotors to suit?
Aftermarket options? Or should I just get semi-track pads, braided lines and suitable brake fluid with standard callipers?
