PC/PS3 is not Xbox One, so not same same. Also Microsoft released a video in October with Larry Hyrb (otherwise known as Major Nelson) and Branden Powell stating that current Xbox 360 racing accessories
will not be compatible with the new console. Has a lot to do with the controller pairing and force feedback, etc etc.
