unfortunately your spousal maint is a very real possibility, if the court deems she was out of the workforce being a wife/mother long enough to have a detrimental effect on her employability then you're up for a bit of pain.
when I went through this I was stung 70%, no kids, purely because my earning capacity was twice hers... didn't prevent her from re-marrying and me taking a pay cut only 4 months after the settlement.
