Going on nearly 3 weeks now and Telstra (surprise surprise) still haven't managed to pull their heads out of their asses long enough to fix the phone line. Starting to think going down to their local office and shoving one of the handsets clear up their anal cavity might be a quicker way of getting something done. Telstra....where fucking shit up, is a way of life.
