Got told time after time that my Internet and phone line was ready, had to wait 3 months while I was telling the pricks that it wasn't working with the same reply "Oh but sir it's working on our end" finally sent out an engineer to look at the site (my house) and there was a fault in the lines.. Typical engineers, say everything is fine whilst sitting behind a desk, until they come out to site and realise it's screwed.
Demand some compensation, I assume you're still paying for it?
