Agree with Dave here, definitely use both metal shims and the pmu stick on shim.
It made mine less noisy when I put my metal shims back on with my HCs.

David - When I did my mine, I put my pmu anti squeal stick on shim onto the pad then the metal directional shims over it, then into the caliper. The pistons would be pressing on to the metal shim. From what you say there, should I have done it the other way round?
