There are supposedly six seconds, or increments of adjustment between each degree.

0 - 0.59 seconds is 1 degree of adjustment from vertical if that's your starting point.
1 - 1.59 is your second degree of adjustment.
2 - 2.59 is your second degree of adjustment.

That is how it was explained to me anyhow.

So your rear camber is pretty close at -0.54/-1.24, approximately half a degree out but not adjustable as you've been told.

Adjusting the toe in/out will affect the rear camber a little.
